Tank Theory is the thing that introduced us to design. Before this, we didn't know what design was or how it was applied in life. We started this art and apparel company in 2001 from the ground up, creating everything from scratch and growing organically. It started with the logo, a flyer and a handful of tshirt designs. We wanted to get those tshirts into stores, so we attended trade shows in Las Vegas to meet buyers and gain a wider audience. We worked with garment printers, tshirt manufacturers, artists from around the globe.. we eventually grew to a 1 million dollar brand after 6 years. It was a big deal for a couple kids from New England that didn't know much about business or design.
