Shipping & Returns

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

In most cases the shipping of your order will happen in a day or 2 after order placement, but please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship. We reserve the right to use, at our discretion, the carrier of our choice for shipment.  Typically, this is the United States Postal Service. Your preferred carrier may be used if the you agree to assume any additional transportation charges.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Your order will typically ship a day or 2 after order placement, but please allow up to 5 business days.. We reserve the right to use, at our discretion, the carrier of our choice for shipment.  Typically, this is the United States Postal Service. If you have a preferred carrier, please email us to discuss alternative shipping methods, assuming you agree to pay for Your preferred carrier may be used if the you agree to assume any additional transportation charges.

DAMAGES/RETURNS

 Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact syd@thewoodsdesignco.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
